“If you have a camper, RV, trailer..... This place is a quite paradise. People keep to themselves. Their is no ridiculous rules as in campground parks! And you have enough space as to not be squished in like sardines. Now did I mention it's super affordable!! Now for that price I can look the other way on the neighboring decaying trailers. Which BTW are not all of them, their is some descent folks who take care of their home. But hey, as long as my home is secure, and in one piece. I'm not one to be picky. It's a diamond in the ruff, just needs a little cleaning.”

“I’ve lived here with my dad since I was 3 1/2 years old and it’s actually a great environment. No, it’s not a rich people place by any means and it’s not the most attractive place, but it is an extremely safe neighborhood. I’ve been here 15 years and not once has anything been stolen, broken or vandalized by anyone. These other people leaving bad reviews are wrong about this place. Like I said, it’s not pretty by any means but there’s some great people in here and on my block we all take care of each other. Although, I do agree with the pothole comments. It’s ridiculous on some streets. Don’t drive any nice cars through here lol. You’ll regret it. Other than that, it’s really not bad. Looks can be deceiving but I promise it’s not bad. I grew up here. Everyone also keeps to themselves here. You’ll only be bothered if you’re doing the bothering. Cheers!”

“The new Managers Debbie and Mike are outstanding! They are Exactly the kind of positive energy and professionalism this RV park needed. There are some incredibly kind residents with big hearts at this RV park that make you feel at home and welcome...you'll love them right back too. As it is a small & close community, there is a tiny insignificant click of residents that are in the business of the gossip. Insecure, so they talk about other people. That's just something to be found wherever you go. Sidenote: - Whoever gossips to you, will gossip about you. But the majority of the gossip click could pass for being 109 years old so let em' keep on keeping on. There are too many other awesome residents to spend your time getting to know here. Again, Debbie and Mike are the outstanding management team this park and the residents deserved. There are residents here you'll just want to adopt and call your own they are so lovable. If you RV or mobile home it, it offers the best of both. I highly recommend this RV Park and the awesomeness of manager's Debbie, Mike and the non-gossipy residents!!!”

The two wonderful ladies in the office made the transition a breeze in a month I became a first time home owner! Even after becoming a company based rental lot property! They answered all of my questions and communicated with me via email and text . Returned voicemails and really held my hands the whole process! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a home or a place to rent. The lots are clean, quite and safe ! I see my neighbor drink morning cups of coffee and kids playing on the weekends! Drama free and cozy.”
