“My experience at Cottonwood was great! Jeremy and Renee were so sweet and very helpful if we had any questions. The park was very clean which is always a plus! I enjoyed the access to the wifi that Cottonwood provided. The overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful which made for a relaxing stay. Also, I liked the fact that the park was close to shopping, restaurants and the Oklahoma Interstate (I-44 and I-35). Our stay was great, and I will definitely tell my friends and family about Cottonwood RV Park!”

“Haven't been to the campground since March of 2021. Wow, has things changed. They have really cleaned the place up. Bathrooms are newly remodeled and very clean. They have RV tiny home park models that are cute as can be. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The manager greeted me as if she had known me for years. Gave me more information on the tiny homes they are selling and took me on a tour of the campground. My family and I really enjoyed coming here and highly recommend to anyone.”

It did take a few months as i had to wait for someone to move out. Glen in the office is great! Potholes need fixed but other than that i am so happy that i moved into Hi View! “As long as you keep your head down and dont cause problems its fine there. What i mean is take care of your trailer and yard. Keep pets tamed. Dont be loud and obnoxious just be a good neighbor. Pay your rent on time and dont give the office hassle and your fine. I havent had any problems here. I like the park and from the stories ive heard in the past the park is way better now. Sandy and Brandi keep it running smooth and are really nice to as long as you do what any good tenant would. Its not hard to be a good tenant. I like living here.”

“We were looking for a place close to where my husband’s nephew lives in Plano, TX. We only needed to spend one night while on our way to San Antonio area and I searched high and low for a close but acceptable site. Brushy Creek RV Resort came the closest to what we needed but when we pulled into the “resort”, we didn’t think this was going to work for us. Michelle from the office checked us in and escorted us to our site. It had a gravel base and was near the dumpster. But this is where it became a hidden gem. This site was full hookup, including cable and very adequate wi-fi all for a very modest price. The site was completely level and there was no road noise at all which resulted in a good night’s sleep. I walked our refuse to the dumpster. If we are ever in this area again, we would certainly come back here. Thanks to you, Michelle.”
