“Not sure as I have never lived there. I stopped to ask if I could leave my car there because I wanted to walk across why 16 to the Rod n Gun Club as a whole house was being moved in on a foundation. The trailer court has been there for 50 years or better. Always looks nice from the road and kept up very nicely.”

“I’ve lived in heritage for many many years and have watched management change. The new property manager and staff we have now is amazing! From the office to the maintenance man that helps out! Always friendly and available and quick to address any concerns in the community. She is very friendly to the tenants and I’ve seen her literally working day and night keeping the neighborhood nice 😊 I love living here not to mention it’s in a great location!! Now to address a review I saw posted from another person calling the landlord a racist, are you serious?! There is not a racist bone in that woman’s body!! I’ve never heard her say or do anything that she would be called that! For goodness sakes there are so many minorities that live in this neighborhood not to mention she has a black man that works in the office with her!! Seriously if you are not happy then leave! That is so absurd!”

“This Park is so peaceful! My Aunt just moved here and I'm renovating her house. I absolutely love this place! The wildlife walks right through the front yard to the back yard and drinks out of the creek. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. There's plenty of trees so everything is nice and green this time of year. Plenty of stores, shops, and restoration close by to choose from.”

“We were passing through town for a trip to northern CA and we stayed here one night. We booked online after hours and rolled in about a half hour later in the dark. We were greeted at the gate by 2 helpful kids (the employees children) and then by Ron & Monica - the security and office team. They were wonderful! They guided us to a spot right near the laundry room since we said we needed to do laundry. They helped us get our hook ups set up, then came back to check on us a bit later, and even came back again to give us a brick to hold down our sewer line (ours was broken unbeknownst to us). The laundry room was great - super clean. We loved the dog park, which was also clean and well taken care of. What we saw of the RV park was clean and well manicured. Many long term residents, but the few we crossed paths with were very friendly. Wanted to come back on our trip home, but our route changed. A great stop and we appreciate the friendliness of Ron & Monica (and your kiddos) ☺️”

“Lived here for 2 years, we have had some issues but nothing any worse than what I read on Nextdoor App. when the manager sees you doing something against the rules yes, you will be sited. Unfortunately many residence break rules and do not get caught also our neighbors have accumulated trash outside (they do not use a trash service), their roach infestation became our problem! We have had to put cameras on the perimeter and at the door prompted by various reasons but like I text this is not unusual as NB crime rates are becoming rampant the cops do not care they just say go online and file a report that never gets follow up. Gwenda the manager does a fine job and is quick to respond.”

All inclusive with a beautiful country setting only a few blocks from downtown Santa Fe with all the conveinces for your needs. 20 minutes from Galveston for entertainment, fishing and boating. Lots are super big and fenced for your fur babies. Owner/manager only a stone throw away that a friendly, accommodating and just good folks. Best place I have lived since moving to Texas in 2009!!!”

“They were so very nice and each time they had a problem they were right out to fix it! Couldn't ask for better landlords. Also my situation turned violent with my husband and when I told them I was leaving she said "NO YOU STAY, HE LEAVES" I couldn't accept the offer because I didn't have a job. “Extremely well taken care of! We walked in to the bathrooms and my children all commented on how clean it was! Private bathrooms, air conditioned, laundry facilities, 2 dog parks, bounce houses and playground for kids. The pool is very clean, as is the whole campground. Back in to a pond site, basketball court, or the bounce house sites for a beautiful morning sunrise. The staff were all extremely helpful and the little store saved us from having to drive somewhere for broken camper supplies. We really enjoyed staying at this campground while in town visiting The Ark Encounter! Thank you for a well kept location!”

“My mother lives here. The lots are taken care of (by you) do there are no "that place". The community center is extremely nice. Just get their early because it fills out fast. At night you can hear the race track. But it is far enough away. You have close access to the highway with out seeing it or hearing it. Overall a nice little retirement place.”
