“Miss Jean is a miracle worker! A true master with the littles ones. She is so kind, patient, caring and truly takes her time to make learning how to swim fun. My 3 year old sons first 3 lessons, he was screaming in her ear the whole time, crying for daddy! She calmly continued to reassure him and then all of a sudden the switch flipped and he started talking about how he loves learning to swim with Miss Jean, loves swimming, and actually looks forward to going to the swim lessons now! Miss Jean is a saint!!! I highly recommend her! For some background, I swam competitively in college and taught lessons myself on the side. She is truly exceptional and I wish we found her earlier!!!”

“Sam has been watch my 2 kids for the past 2 years and it is the ONLY place I can leave them without any meltdowns (including family!) She always has something new planned for them whether it be a science experiment, new book/song that goes along with their current theme, sensory station or play activity that my children love! Sam is so passionate and devoted to her students. She truly cares about her students, their development and I appreciate being able to have a close relationship and open dialogue with her about their progress. It's not easy trusting a "stranger" to watch your most prized possessions but I would recommend Sam to ALL my family and friends. While I'm away I know they are safe and receiving loving care, having fun, growing and learning. And it's pretty cute when they tell me they "want to go to my friends." I know they are talking about going to see Sam- and believe me, they say if often!”

“I graduated in 2015 and I tell you this school has been fun since freshman year then started going down hill. In freshmen year Mr.brotten was one of the best teacher in the school. He knew what he was doing and wanted to help. But 2 years later brotten was not their, no more autos and woods so I talked to the counselor to see what I could do for the first 2 hrs of my day so I traveled every day to century college for auto technology loved it and got student certification. Also the lunch was not good at all if I forgot to bring my lunch I would rather not eat lunch that is how bad it was. Hope this helps to make this place much better.”

“My daughter was very unhappy and did not want to go to school when we had her in our local school district at the beginning of the year. It was becoming worse and worse as time went on, and her love for learning was just gone. I am sure the virtual school, for the past year and a half, had a significant impact on her and her outlook on school. However, after the beginning of the school year we were lucky enough to get a slot at Phoenix. Our daughter's love for school and learning has not only returned but it has expanded exponentially. She absolutely loves Pheonix and her teacher. We as parents have had nothing but great experiences when we have had to deal with teachers and other school staff members. This school is leaps and bounds above schools in the local school district. We highly recommend Phoenix, we couldn't be happier with them.”

“This is a wonderful school. My son loves the school and finds everyone friendly. I'm even a parent volunteer and has much as I seen there is no bullies and if they do they nip it in the butt that was told by another parent volunteer. My son has epilepsy and this school makes sure he has a Para with him no classmate walking with him. The school that he was to attend said we don't do Paras we send a class mate and I was not happy but was I to do. Then the apartment we lived in asked us to move and where my father in law lives all the kids in neighborhood go to Northdale Middle school Plus this is the school my husband and I met. It's a wonderful school. I don't know about the one stars but I would give Northdale middle school 10 or more stars. Thank you Northdale staff for supporting my son with a Para and not a classmate and thank you to for all your understanding.”

“As a parent,we love this school! the teachers/faculty are dedicated towards the children,work very long hours to ensure that these children get an education!! now its up to each child to put in an effort.We have plenty of bright and intelligent children in the school. To all the students who have left comments of the school being ghetto...there are a lot of children that can't afford to buy expensive clothes and come from homes that have very low income.One should be tolerant of that...and shouldn't judge others based on how they look!! Our school principal is amazing and dedicated towards bringing the school up to par! there is plenty of PTA involvement...which makes any school better.We are very proud of our school.”
