“Lots of selection in my size (women's 11), which is great! When you have big feet, you don't always get a choice ;) Good prices, too. I found a pair of winter boots, but needed another size. The man at the desk (sorry, I don't know his name, but he was great, very helpful and professional!) phoned around to the other stores in the area and got my size. He called me 2 days later and I went to pick them up. The boots are really nice, waterproof leather with good treads. While I was there, I found a pair of Sketchers runners, they fit great and are so comfy. Washable, too. I will definitely be going back!”

They came to my home, made a foot impression and came back a few weeks later with velcro fastened shoes and an insert that after a one week break in has made my walking experience a pleasure again. I would rate my service as 10 out of ten. They were polite, knowledgeable and I received a pair of shoes that help me walk my dogs more often and do that with much less pain in my knees and hips due to a shoe that is very supportive.
