“We were in need of a kayak today. I pushed the button for help and a store associate named Anna swiftly came in and helped us out. She was a beast! She got that 45 pound kayak and escorted us to the front of the store no problem. So very helpful and asked if we had any further questions. “I am finding more things I like about shopping here. There are some really good online deals which they will price match at the cashiers. Online pickup is a really smooth experience. I like many of their inexpensive tshirts. I love that there is a water bottle filling station near the bathrooms and will probably go out of my way to shop there just for that because I can buy a healthy snack at the grocery section to have after shopping.”

My biggest complaint remains the same, self-checkouts. I think if anyone follows me they will find, I'm not a fan of self checkouts. You lose so much of the customer service experience with self checkouts. I know there's a bottom line businesses have to meet but again what's the cost. Some of these are blurry. It's hard to take pictures in a department store without people looking at you kind of funny. There might even be a couple of duplicated photos because I took so many.”

“Originally I wanted to take my FSC test at the Stevens Creek location but got denied there by a manager who made excuses to not administer the test. My friend and I drove out to this location where the manager Charles G. helped us and administered the test. It went smoothly and the whole process was done under 20 minutes. I can’t give this location a 5 star review due to an employee named Robby, who had to vocalize that a fashion choice I had made was “weird.” The associate that was helping me (Francesca) was kind, extremely helpful and professional throughout my shopping experience. As someone who has worked in multiple clothing stores and is spending money as a customer, the kind of behavior exhibited by Robby is completely unacceptable and just about made me not want to complete my purchase.”
