The neck/shoulder and scalp massage was even perfect pressure, and I almost dozed off. Hot towels and steam, super soft and cozy space to recline, and the gorgeous setup of the suite, helped me to relax even more. BTW- I have sensitive skin, but I did not break out or have a reaction, other than the expected pink from the increase in blood flow to the face/neck. She did great!!!”
