“We moved across country from colorado to florida and Upack made our move so much easier than I was expecting. There was excellent communication about drop off and pick up. We had plenty of time to both load and unload the truck. It was a huge trailer and way less expensive than the competitors that do the same drop off and pick up pod. There were plenty of spots to secure tie down straps inside which we utilized and not one box had moved when we received it. Customer service was always very helpful. The only complaint was they give you a 12 hour window for drop off. Luckily I work from home so it was no issue for me but it would be an issue for others who try to work the same day. Overall we loved Upack and I have already been recommending them to several people!”

“I want to share because of a FACEBOOK post I saw... Lacy Renard went above and beyond. A local posted that they had an emergency need for a truck since uhaul had a system outage. She offered to come in and get them squared away with a truck and that she'd be there in 20 minutes!!!! We will be needing a truck in a few months and hope that they have availability for when it's time to clear out our old broken furniture. I am impressed at the level of customer service and thoughtfulness, even outside of her hours.”

“Super friendly couple the lady running the desk asked my husband if he was ok with bringing our dogs into the office so she could see the & give them a treat. When we a issues & talked to them about keeping someone out of our unit they were more than ok with over locking our unit with one of there locks for our piece of mind. That made us feel so much better about having our things at this storage unit that they are willing to go that extra step to ensure that our things don't walk off with someone besides myself or my husband.”

“These sheds are amazing! I went in to only get a price quote for a shed and I left there knowing I was getting my shed from them. I ordered a 10'x16' garden shed with heat barriers to keep heat out. It cost about $5000 but the radiant barriers make the shed worth it. If you walked into a cheap made garden shed and then you walked into one of Gracelands garden sheds you would definitely tell the difference. Joanne and Danielle are super friendly! I am so excited for my shed to arrive. I ordered my shed about 4 weeks ago and it will arrive anytime now. I will add more to my review and pictures when it arrives. Update: Today my shed arrived and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out! I love it so much. It helped free up a lot of room in my garage! Again, thank you Joanne and Danielle! “I rented a unit at this location for over 5 years. On just about every visit, Maria, the site manager, was there, ready to assist in any way and always with a smile and positive personality. It would surprise me when I'd go there for the 1st time in many months, and she'd still greet me, remembering my name! Even though my unit was on the 3rd floor, I always felt that it was easy to get to. Carts were always readily available, it's nice and cool, and my belongings were very clean when I removed them. I'll come back to this facility for any future storage I might need, even if it won't be the closest one, because of my very positive experience here.”

“Our home flooded and all contents had to be catalogued, removed, stored, returned and put back as found. This company and the folks with whom I worked were EXCELLENT. Andrew was the coordinator of all efforts and Dion and one other person were the 'on the ground' supervisors. The packing took all day and into the night and Dion was calling me periodically to let me know progress and also to ask questions if there were particular concerns. The entire process was professional and interactive and I felt very comfortable with their care of our property even if we weren't present. My trust was placed well - because they took very good care of everything they handled. I recommend them HIGHLY!”
