“This is in an industrial area of Pomona, south of Holt, west of Indian Hill. There is a Car Wash (does great job) on the corner of Hershey and Holt. This is a clean well maintained place. Has someone in the office monitoring the cameras M-Sa. There has always been someone else at the storage unit dropping off or picking up their stuff. Other renters were courteous by saying yes I'll move or give me 5 minutes. Most of the time I could go around. There is no electric plug, so bring a camping light or flashlight. The prices are lower most other storage units in the area. Was told the rented price is good for one year. When there is a price increase, it's not been more than $20 and usually only $10 per month. I paid for the whole year and got the 13th month free. They require a certain type of lock, which I already owned. But they had them for sale. There are 2 cons to this place. The gate code box is hard to enter the code while seated in the car. Maybe my arms are too short. There is no public restroom.”

“I used Bekins to move my household items from California to Minnesota. Being my home in Minnesota is not ready to move in, my items are being stored in California. Bekins packed my entire house in less then one day and the following day they loaded all my household goods into pods for storage. My Bekins representative in California is Mark Glazier. This gentleman has been very helpful in giving me excellent workers for packing and loading. Mark personally handled a special project that needed special wrapping for transportation. I give this gentleman 5 stars for his expertise and professionalism. Mark also referred me to Parkway Auto Transport to move my car and motorcycle to Minnesota. My vehicles were delivered in 5 days. Excellent service there as well. Curb service on pickup and delivery. It can't get any better then that. As soon as my home in Minnesota is completed, Bekins will deliver my household items. Mark has asked me to inform him as soon as I find out the date for delivery. From my experience with Bekins, I know that Mark will have my household items delivered in a safe and timely manner. “I never had any problems storing my open 5 x 10 utility trailer there . I have always cable Locked 🔐 my trailer to a big tree before storing it here . I came back a week later and it never moved . My fears disappeared but not my trailer and only when I use it. I lost my trailer key's one day there and they drove me in their golf cart looking for them on the road and found them. You could say they took me for a ride . Their always friendly and helpful . I guess they know what their doing. I would pick them again first if I needed a place to store something . Only minor gripe I have about them is their sign . Should be best place storage not dollar a day. Better difference I think 🤔. Thank you so much .”

“I have with Woodburn Storage for over ten years with never a problem. Size is fantastic for my needs and lights inside and outside is great. Pests have at a minimum over the years. Access is through a number pad outside the fence allows access 24/7. Snow is plowed in a timely manner. Access to the industrial park is easy from US 24 from Ft. Wayne or into Ohio. North and South is by Indiana 101. Heather is a breeze to work with on inqueries or bill payments over the phone.”
