“2021 UPDATE: cancelled my storage unit with absolutely no problems at all. Cynthia had completed her admin tasks and the email sent confirming my cancellation was in my inbox within minutes. i gave two days notice and wasn't charged any fees. once the cancellation is finalized by Public Storage staff, your online account is also deleted and you will no longer have access to it. i wanted to remove the payment info i had stored, but was unable to do so. thank you for making this entire experience stress-free! * * * i've been a customer at this location for two years and CJ has never disappointed me! the units are well insulated and free from insects. thank you for providing a secure place to store my treasured valuables!”

“I have been a customer here for several years and I really like this facility it is well maintained and a secure property. I would argue one of the nicer storage facilities in Brownsburg. Easy to use kiosk that's available 24 hours and friendly staff. I have had other storage needs in the past and even compared to popular chains, I would still choose Main Street Self Storage or any of their other facilities. They provide great customer service and you really can't compete with that or how they manage their property. Also they have a great website that makes it easy to pay or set up online payments.”
