“I just wanted to say thank you to Tom at TK/RV for helping me over the phone with the water issue I had with my RV. Tom took time to not only explain how to do the fix step by step but, to also make sure I understood what he was saying. I never felt rushed when I would ask questions and, he was very understanding given my situation which was one of the things I appreciated the most. I had injured my right leg awhile back and, rely on crutches to get around. I informed Tom of my situation when he said that he could instruct me on what to do over the phone and, not once had he sounded like it was too much of a hassle to deal with. Instead, he took the time to explain the steps and made sure I understood and, said to try it and give him a call back afterwards to see if it worked. Of course I ended up running into small issues that prevented the fix on the first go but, every time I called Tom back, I never once heard nor picked up that it was too much to deal with. It took time for me to figure out how to not only do the work but to get my tools from inside my RV to outside which Tom was very understanding. Finally, I was able to fix my water issue with the help from Tom over the phone. Not only did Tom help me fix my water issue, he helped me save money by instructing me over the phone on how I can do it myself. That right there was the main thing I had appreciated the most about Tom. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service from Tom at TK/RV and his understanding of my leg injury and, that it took more time with me given my situation. As I said earlier in my review, Tom nerve once made me feel like it was too much of a bother with me and, that to me is outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Tom at TK/RV to anyone who is looking for a great place with outstanding customer service for RV repairs.”

“They have overnight parking. The guy woke me up at 05:00 and put me in a door right away, and I was empty with bills in hand by 06:30 and I had a full floor loaded trailer. There is a lumper fee, and if you have to go into dock 1 or 2 it's a little snug. Overall great place and very nice people. We need more places like this.”

“I first used Kris and All Seasons Roofing to repair damage done to my roof by the water from the firefighters hose as they battled my neighbor's house fire. On the day of the scheduled repair Kris' employee had an emergency and couldn't do my repair. Kris completed the repair himself rather than asking me to reschedule. He did a fantastic job and explained the process fully. When the time came to replace my roof I called Kris again. I did call a few other companies for estimates as well. Ultimately I went with Kris because I knew I would receive the same professional, personal service that I received before. I prefer a small, owner run company over a big chain that doesn't know me from the next customer. They did a fantastic job replacing the roof! Kris was very informative along the way and did all that he could to save me money. I recently contacted Kris again because after some very heavy rain I noticed a leak in one of the bedrooms. He came to inspect the roof and see what was causing the leak as he gives a 6 year warranty on workmanship. Turns out it wasn't the roof that was the problem but a facia board that was out about an inch which allowed the water to get in. Kris took care of it at no charge even though it had nothing to do with the job his team did. He has always gone above and beyond for us! And I love the personal service that I received. I rest easy knowing that because I chose All Seasons Roofing if any issues do arise with my roof I will receive help in a timely manner.”

It is clean, spacious facility and they work on developing child skills according to his/her needs in a fun way. They provide some convenient programs for working parents, for example: summer camp, before and after school programs for elder siblings.
