The wonderful Manager at this location was there to meet me and she is just a doll!! Excellent Customer Service, Above and Beyond!! I have been in the Customer Service Field for 28 years now, and she was so professional and courteous, it made me want to do business with this company. The storage unit is the second smallest and it is huge. The price is very competitive compared to other companies offering smaller units and over priced. Very Clean, not even a cob web in sight. The store manager Mark Smith made everything about getting this feel great. He had my code to get into the facility ready for me and quickly was able to show me to where I needed to go. Very impressed with how ready and easy this whole process was made. This facility was perfect. After driving past here numerous time the clean look and safe area this place was in, lived up to all my expectations once I finally committed to my own unit. Their online site made it fairly easy to get set up. Was able to easily sign my contract, pay for the unit and even get insurance for the unit squared away and basically come right into the facility. The online 3D model was fairly spot on and looks to meet my need. Glad I decided to go with them. Definitely seems like this will be worth the money!”

“Nicholas, was great. I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that uhaul installed a plug and play adapter kit on for me. They had originally overcharged me on accident for a hardwire and even after I paid and was ready to leave, they were completely honest and refunded me my additional $40. Next day hooked up my trailer and it didn’t work exactly as it should have so I called up to uhaul. They fit me in next day and spent 2+ hours in making it right. Great experience and integrity and trust is key. Highly recommend. Now we can tow our boat with our suv.”
