I have dealt with some of the major corporate operators before. While my overall experiences have been good, I found Acacia Storage to be a great break from corporate America. They are owned by a local family, and treat their customers as such. Very easy to work with and very willing to accommodate any reasonable, legal request. The units are very well maintained and I would HIGHLY recommend them......the added bonus is they are less expensive and don't have the "extra" costs tagged on like many of the corporate places. Give them a call.”

Hurricane Ian was heading towards Florida and the entire state was under warnings. Chris reached out to me to make sure we were still coming because he had to secure the facility and his staff. He kept the facility open to accommodate our movers, gave me his cell phone number in case we needed anything and came out to the PODS to make sure we had everything we needed. He's personable, professional and is committed to a high level of customer service. He even went above and beyond 2 days later and had my PODs taken back out of storage for me to load some last minute items. I wasn't sure which POD, so without hesitation, he made both accessible.
