I had 2 big couches (one was a fold out bed), a box spring, a mattress, one headboard, queen-size bed frame, and old automobile seats. Alexandria called when they were on their way, and answered any questions/concerns I had regarding room space, hallway access, etc. They gave me an on-site estimate within 10 minutes, and got everything loaded onto their trucks within 15 min. They were very professional, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend them if you're new to using this service. Great job guys, thank you!”
