Eve was extremely personable, professional, and patient with us as she explained how to access the Facility with Our "Personal Code" and also explained the billing/payment process/options!...Eve was ever so kind to find us a Unit close to the Loading Dock, and even graciously provided an "Upgrade" from Our requested 10 x 10 space to a larger 10 x 13 space at no additional charge!...We have made 4 visits to the facility over the past three weeks, bringing personal effects, and on each occasion, the Facility has been easy to access, utterly immaculate, well-lit, and a pleasure to utilize with the convenient "Loading Carts" available for Client use!...THANK YOU for Everything, EVE...we are so very delighted that we chose Grafton Self-Storage to store our personal effects!...... “Hands down the best facility I've rented a unit from. I had my 5x10' unit for about two years and the site is always clean and well-maintained. I never saw a single bug or rodent in or around my unit. The units are constructed in a way that prevents any crawlies from moving between units. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. I had automatic payments set up and one month, after having to get a new debit card from my bank due to unrelated fraud, my payment didn't go through. The office called me and informed me that it was missing and let me pay immediately without repercussions. I had to close my unit out this month due to moving an hour away but I have definitely recommended this site to my friends and family still in Gwinnett. Thanks for the excellent experience!”
