I left my car there for 9 months without a scratch and I’m on 3 rd storage unit. The office staff are friendly and business like and as helpful as they can be. Herber and Abel were incredible - my husband, in-laws and myself all marveled how great our movers were. Our favorite things were 1) they really hustled on the job 2) they took great care to wrap every item, going above and beyond to provide top quality service 3) they were personable. They had great attitudes and were very gracious and pleasant 4) they were experienced knew how to lift, carry and move each piece. “I came home while my husband was overseas to stay with family and needed a place close to store all of our household goods. I contacted Cindy, who was VERY friendly, and offered to meet me the same day and show me the units. Paperwork was quick and painless and the movers moved our stuff into the unit. We had issues with some things being broken from the movers and they continued to mail all the paperwork to Lock-It-Up instead of my home. Cindy offered to forward all the mail and called every time something came in. VERY personable and VERY helpful. If ever I come home during a deployment or unaccompanied tour again I will definitely be using Lock-It-Up on Eber! She also owns the unit on Airport Highway across from the airport.
