She was great then, and she is still very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything or just have a question for her. That is why when my daughter needed a unit last week I told her to check out my storage facility. She decided to rent a unit and Bill was working when she went to do all of the paperwork and rent a Uhaul truck also. Bill was super awesome, and he went the extra mile to make sure she got situated and moved into her unit. His excellent customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Pam and Bill are both great! Staples Mill Mini Storage is a first-class business. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and safe storage option!”
