“Estimate was done online - nice and easy process. Customer support was helpful whenever I had changes or questions. They were able to work on a weekend, Sunday even, which was very helpful for timing for us. They came in one day, packed up all of the small stuff and wrapped all of the furniture. Then came back a second day and loaded the truck. The truck was at our new location states away within 3 days of packing up. They met us exactly when we wanted. They unloaded very quickly and even set up our outdoor set even though it is not a normal part of the moving process. They worked hard and fast. Overall very happy with the entire process.”

“Written by my husband and I ? agree: I don't think you could find a better moving team then George, Raysean and Winston at all. Not only were they very polite, professional, punctual, blah blah blah...but they actually enjoyed their work. They had fun. Heck, they even competed against each other a little bit hahaha. Not one thing was damaged. Maybe you didn't read that so I'll state it again, NOT ONE THING WAS DAMAGED!!!!! Sure they may have bumped into a thing or two but since they wrapped everything so well and didn't act reckless it was no issue at all. Oh I forgot to mention, they moved our Murphy bed up a flight of stairs! I wish I would've recorded it because the teamwork, commitment and straight up brute strength was astonishing. We literally gave them a standing ovation after witnessing it. They were great with our 4yo daughter and beyond respectful to us. The price was fair and they gave us a veterans discount due to my wife's service in the ARMY. I DON'T WANT TO FORGET that aside from these gentlemen, the owners communication was timely and excellent. He did great on his part as well. I was even able to pay with my phone on the spot with different payment options to choose from. Geez another thing I forgot, we were their SECOND move of the day!!! Mind=BLOWN. I could even give more great examples. If I had one complaint it would be...probably unnecessary. TIP THESE GUYS BIG IF THEY DO THIS GREAT FOR YOU AND YOU CAN.”

Under the circumstances of our home still being under construction, this was difficult for them. They worked tirelessly and never complained or slacked off. “Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be between 8 and 10 and I would receive a call. But the time really was perfect due to traffic going up to the Santa Rosa area. They were very polite courteous and respectfult only thing I wish that Universal Movers had an automatic lift instead of the steep ramp that they had to go up and lift heavy furniture into the truck that was an arduous task for these two young men. I have a lot of respect for them and their hard work that they do I would definitely recommend Universal Movers their trucks are clean their movers efficient and I was very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again try them you'll be very happy you did”
