I was puzzled about having to give my CDL information to rent this unit but if I was from Mexico it was not needed. It seems that everyone should be treated with the same rules. This was very confusing for me as a client. I feel that someone needs to look into this policy. Once again the employees couldn’t have been anymore helpful and polite when helping me. Not only am I paying about average for the size I got, but almost all the other places were outside. This one is in a climate controlled building on ground level! So simple, the young lady who helped me, saw me flustered. I had tried to reserve a unit at another place and they gave my unit away before I got there... And had to store things bc we were moving to temporary housing... She got me through everything easily and quickly. Walked me back to the unit to make sure it was to my liking. Thanks for making a nightmare a bit easier!”
