My boyfriend haphazardly parked in front of the door and rushed away to our movers while I went inside to a beautifully maintained reception area. The property manager greeted me, and her aura and persona helped calm down the jitters. She helped me pick out an appropriate sized unit, when we would have picked a smaller one. While signing the lease, we also had a conversation instead of just going through the motions in silence. I’m looking forward to continuing my relationship here!
