To say that my experience was incredible would be an understatement. Kevin and Brian have been nothing but kind, understanding and caring while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I remained in communication with them with updates of when I anticipated moving out and they appreciated that a lot, which gave me piece of mind. Over and above the excellent customer service, my unit was clean and all my furniture is INTACT and in the same condition it was in when I moved in almost 2 years ago. That to me is impressive!! “This place was wonderful to store our items. We were in the second floor and we were happy with the location of the storage. There is an elevator for the heavier items so you don't have to lug them up. The guys that work there were also very nice and always available when we had a question. I love that they have longer hours here. I think it was from 7-8pm. We just entered the code and we were in an out. They installed cameras which we loved since that made the location safer. The only negative thing is that our rent went up every 6 months. We started with paying like $80 and we ended up with $111 a month for a 5x10 storage unit. I wish we could have kept our storage but we were told that it was going to be going up again in a few months so we decided to part ways.”

“Highly recommended place to store your stuff, park a recreational vehicle, or even rent a u-haul truck! This place is a one stop shop and Michelle and the rest of the staff are always more than willing to help you with whatever it is you need help with. Lockaway was referred to me by a relative who moved here from California and needed somewhere to store his things while he traveled from CA to TX and so I did the same and my stuff was taken care of until I could get there and unload it into one of their very nice and well taken care of climate controlled units. They have full 24/7 video surveillance and a manager that lives on site just for added peace of mind.”

“If you want a great place to park during the Winter months (Summer too if you don't mind the Texas heat) this is the place for you. Just need a couple days? Daily prices are comparable to other parks in the San Antonio area and they are a Passport America park. GREAT PRICE!!! GREAT PEOPLE!!! We paid $325/mo + electric for December. Our electric was only $42 and that was with our Christmas lights on every night. The laundry is FREE also. It is located in an outdoor pavilion and doesn't have hot water but still...great money saver. There are no showers. This is a new park. Our electric meter was at zero when we pulled in. Our site was perfectly level. They are putting in trees and keep the park immaculate. The owner and employees are super nice and helpful. It's 13 miles from any sights but that makes for a quiet area. Groceries and your favorite fast food is 5 miles South. WE WILL BE BACK!”
