“We spent almost an hour browsing but primarily speaking with the shop owner. We fell in love with the furniture she and her daughter refurbished but we were unable to take any home with us as we live 12 hours away drive time. But she took the time to share with us their process and allowed us to take photos of the pieces we liked so we can try to recreate them from our local finds. We picked up a few small nicknacks we could bring home with us, but the experience was incredible. This is the warmest and most welcoming antique store I've ever experience.”

“This quilt shop is exceptional and 100% worth the hour drive from my home. They offer a huge selection of vintage look/reproduction fabrics, calicos, western and cabin style prints. They also have a selection of modern style and whimsical prints with brightly colored patterns. I saw lots of holiday fabrics and patterns to compliment them. There is an enormous selection of thread, notions, books and patterns. They have regular events in their classroom and retreat center with guest instructors. The owners are so friendly and welcoming and it's obvious they love what they do. I can't wait to visit them again. Thank you for the hospitality! 😊❤️”

“Seth and his team (tech Zack) at Quality equipment in Pittsboro, Provided incredible customer service addressing an issue with my tractor. I bought my tractor to quality because it kept stalling in the field. After troubleshooting, they could not get it to stall at the shop. Upon, getting it home and using it, it continued to stall. Seth sent out his team to troubleshoot the issue in the field. What I really Appreciate was the concern to fix my tractor. They left an open ticket until we figured out what was wrong with my tractor. Once they figured out, it was a fuel issue They were able to address the issue and complete the repairs. I appreciate everybody’s patience and willingness to get to the bottom of the issue. “Update March 2024: OKAY this store has redeemed itself and is a FULL 5 STARS!!! Excellent excellent staff and customer service! Past Reviews: They are great with getting the needed parts delivered to Woodland Park very quickly, their prices are fair, and the employees are very helpful when you call or are in the store. Update January 2023: The customer service has greatly declined here. When you order parts that come up from Colorado Springs they may arrive that day, the next day, or 3 days from now....and this location does not call you anymore to let you know the part is in. There are a few employees that just blantantly ignore you, and I don't want to say it's because I am a woman....but can't help but feel that way. They seem surprised I know car parts, and tend to dismiss me. The only employee I have consistent quality service from is Shawn/Sean....we talk about Ford trucks and parts! He is very helpful and responsive! Updated May 2023: Well...Anthony the manager restored my faith in this store and rating went from 3 to 5 stars! Kudos Anthony! He was patient and made sure I got exactly what I came for. In addition, he was very polite and professional and was handling 3 customers at one time, and still managed to be attentive to all! Updated July 2023: Have to say that this location has renewed my faith in them! Customer service had really started to dive there for awhile, but things have changed....for the good. They call when parts come in that have been ordered, they have people willing to help find parts in the store, and attitudes are much improved! Update August 2023: I wish this location was more consistent. There are times this place is very helpful and the staff are great, and there are times that the staff are just rude and dismissive. This past visit was the rude and dismissive with Anthony, manager. Please don't talk to me like I am an idiot because I don't know the layout of the store. Update April 2024: Everyone at the store right now is AMAZING! From Anthony to Devin to Tristan, Christian, and Emily! The staff are wonderful and so helpful! Our go-to place for car parts!!!!!”

“Phenomenal donuts with just as good service. We came kind of late and the owner told us she had 11 donuts left, but she would happily make a fresh batch so we could order a dozen. Not only did she do that, but when I saw a flavor on the specials sign, which I had missed when I was ordering, and asked about it, she threw one in at no cost. These donuts were so good, I couldn't stop thinking about them (especially the raspberry mojito one). We came back again and the donuts and service were exceptional once more. I would 10/10 HIGHLY recommend a stop (or 2) here!”
