“Rohr Balloons was an AMAZING adventure. Our pilot Brian explained what to expect from the time they picked us up to when the balloon was being inflated. Once up into the sky, the ride was peaceful and serene. Brian provided fun facts during the trip and made the ride so FUN! He reassured us on the landing that even if/when the basket tips over, we would be fine. Once we landed, we got to interact more with the other passengers while they set up a table with yummy treats, orange juice and champagne. In my opinion, it was definitely an unexpected adventure and I would highly recommend everyone should try it. Also big shout out to the friendly staff that took pics before and after the event and serving us refreshments.”

We were blessed with having a pod of dolphins join us for a bit of our journey. Our captain Austin I believe was absolutely amazing and his assistant for the night (I wish I remembered his name) was superb as well. We are so glad we chose to do this cruise on our last night of our honeymoon. It was the best way to end our amazing vacation. We will most definitely be coming back and doing this sunset cruise again someday!”

“The contact station has exhibits, water, bathrooms and information. It’s been closed for a few years and it’s good to see it open again. There is a big parking lot next to trails and water access for kayaking. There are beach and bay trails with informative signs. Fishing areas. Bike and hiking trails. Handicap accessible. There are plenty of flora and fauna if you know where to look. We like to bike in and explore all the way to False Cape. Access is now free if you bike or hike in. There is no swimming or fishing allowed on the beach.”
