The bus was up to date and comfortable and Carole, the tour director, did everything in her power to make it comfortable and entertaining. The hotel , Niagara Hilton, was chosen for the over night stay and was top notch. Dinner at the Skylon revolving restaurant overlooking the falls was exceptional. Two side bus tours were included in the trip that were very enjoyable. Although there was a glitch in the timing of the pickup, Shoreline more than made up for the inconvenience. It was a very pleasurable experience.”
