THEN, I took an hour seminar at the San Jose location off of Meridian for the practicum (hands-on) portion of the certification . The in-person class was excellent. “Last Saturday, May 21st, my wife and I broke down in Morgantown about 50 miles from where we live in Chester County. I called On Time towing, spoke to Sam. He was not only pleasant and professional but said he could pick up my car within the next couple hours. I was not only surprised but shocked to get this quick of service especially on the weekend. I can’t say enough about how pleasant this experience was in an unpleasant situation. We live in a time when it seems like customer service in almost every industry just doesn’t care and no hurry to help people. It’s never a good thing to have your car towed but Sam made the experience much less painful and even followed up showing the car was delivered to the repair shop in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend “On Time” towing to everyone and would definitely use them again if I had to. “My husband and I recently visited Livingstone because it's my dad's alma mater. My dad Max Yoder was the first white student to attend and graduate from Livingstone and helped to integrate the Capital Theater, and was arrested for his efforts (sitting with his friends in the "wrong" color section!), along with many black students fighting for the equality they deserved. We were given an amazing tour by a graduate named Samuel, who was excellent with the students. The campus is impressive! The academics are strong! And they offer a growing variety of majors, particularly in science and medicine! The brand new football field is AMAZING and Livingstone has claims on successful athletes, including one young woman who recently competed in the Olympics! As a high school teacher of 11th & 12th grade students, I will be displaying Blue Bear banners in my Indiana classroom and will be promoting Livingstone College enthusiastically for years to come! Thank you, Livingstone, for all you've done for the Max Yoder family and legacy!”
