“Yes it’s new and growing very fast, which means it’s fulfilling a need and it’s only going to get bigger. Yes it can be frustrating dealing with growing pains of a new university. That’s why you don’t see many new non for profit state universities. Don’t compare it to the larger more established universities, if you did then you would be the one in the wrong. That’s why it’s substantially cheaper than any state university I know of and it’s close to one of the strongest and wealthiest economies in the country. This place is a great opportunity for anyone wanting a degree in a small classroom environment for half the price of anything comparable. If you don’t like it go spend more time and money with larger class sizes at UTD or UNT Denton. UNTDALLAS is on the up and up.”

“Bakke is a Christian university which provides a theological solution to urban problems in a manner that is applicable in a religious, government, business and civil environment. It provides an academic approach to Christianity as it relates to God and His plans for the transformation of the world from suffering, wars, chaos and death to a state of perfect peace and gives each student the opportunity to become aware of his/her role in God's plan. The online classes are great and are complemented by the face to face City Immersion courses which allows the student to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to study a city in details and present God's solution which may include a combination of a spiritual, social, and economic approach. The experience is transformational.”

“A designated "safe place" where students can report suspicious activity and stolen items. This building houses the lost and found, and some very friendly and helpful staff!”

“GCC is a diverse and including campus. There are many teachers that go above and beyond their job responsibilities. These teachers really make the campus worth attending. I highly recommend using rate my professor and ask around to find the best teachers. On the flip-side there are some teachers that I would never recommend taking. The campus itself is very clean and easy to navigate. The size is smaller than Universities leading to an ease of transition to college life. The one thing the college can improve on is the lack of a defined student culture. The focus on clubs and student driven activities seem to be lacking compared to other campuses. Overall The campus is a very good and a great College to begin your education career!”

“Small but really great selection! Quality over quantity. I appreciated all the staff picks and their written explanations, (which helped me with my selection!) and enjoyed seeing children having fun during reading hour. The sense of community this place inspired + the friendliness & enthusiasm of the staff was awesome. Lovely place!”

“I hear that science goes on here, there was none going on at the time I was visiting, but hopefully that's just a fluke. The building is fairly clean (except for the grad offices and workspaces, I'm told) and there's supposedly a great view from the roof, unfortunately, security is tight and we weren't able to access the lookout spot. Overall still enjoyed the non-public exhibits and architecture.”
