“When I called, they fortunately had a same-day cancellation and I was able to take our pet in. On the phone, the admin was nice and friendly sounding. Upon arrival, they were also nice. I wasn't able to go inside due to COVID regulations, which is fine, and they came out and handled everything as usual (paperwork & explanation). They took my pet in for the doctor to check. Doctor called and patiently, professionally, and with a calm/soothing tone, explained everything. Following that, the assistant came out to take payment and provide medication with instructions. Will definitely go back!!”

They let us take Care of her on her mat on the floor with me in her face so she was comforted. They were all so sweet to her and reassuring. The doctor was awesome and allowed me to stay in the room to make sure Iris was comfortable and not anxious. “Timberlake vet was awesome, everyone was very friendly at the desk. Dr. Bundy and her staff were absolutely 💯 fabulous. Everyone took complete time to care for my husky Sheba. (Who is in a lot of pain). I also love that she does the exam right there with you nice and gentle. Instead of taking the dog in the back were you cant see whats going on then the vet talks to you for 2mins like my other place. Sheba is set up for a surgery hopefully she will feel much better. “Myself and my husband have been using South Shades Crest ever since we got our Bear boy back in 2019, I took him here due to I had just gotten him and didn’t have a vet yet and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. 3 years later we now have Bear, Merle, Buster, and Ducky. Dr. Stark is not only professional she goes beyond and above for all of our fur babies. She’s always very thorough and can explain everything to us without us being confused. Not only is she great at her job, she actually has a heart and compassion for every animal she treats. From the time you walk in for your appointment til the time you leave or pick up your baby you can just feel the love and positivity from her and her staff. All of my dogs actually get excited even if they are sick when we pull up in the parking lot. Her staff is always kind and so sweet and understanding as well. “I had to put my sweet girl down today and felt compelled to write this review for this wonderful place. I am not the first one to struggle with the decision as to when it is time for your dog or pet to cross the rainbow bridge. Both Vets are warm and compassionate people. When we arrived the entire staff knew why we were there and the warmth I felt from the moment I walked in was was extremely appreciated. The Dr carefully explained everything and reassured me we were making the right decision. The experience for my dog was peaceful and she experienced no pain. As difficult as today was I left knowing we did the right thing and thankful my dog was no longer suffering. I hope I never have to do it again but if I do I would only go back here. Lastly, if you are struggling with whether you want to be in the room at the time, I assure you you do. Your pet deserves to be looking into the eyes of the person who loves them most when they pass on. It’s difficult but I promise you that he or her will feel your love and be comforted and you will feel at peace knowing their journey is complete free of pain and stress.
