“AMAZING. EXPERIENCE. Super responsive staff, clean and friendly waiting area as well as exam rooms. They got me in with my dog on the same day and they took great care of us. My dog is usually a bit nervous at the vet, but for some reason he was quite happy the entire time at CHAH. We will be going back and bringing the other dog next time too. They do not require an exam for visits (unless your animal is in need of it for any reason) when you come in to get vaccines or anal glands released. Great prices, 10/10 would come again!”

“I love the comfortable atmosphere. Each spacious room has seating for at least 2 pet owners, and a couch for the vet to sit with your pet. They offer treats to your pet to build their confidence and try to gain their trust. The rooms are really what were once bedrooms that have been converted into exam rooms. Your pet can walk around and feel comfortable. Most importantly is that they are allowing customers to come in with their pets. I didn't like not being able to accompany my pet in for their appointments. MetroEast also makes house calls if you need it. They are just a bit more expensive, but not by very much...and you do get what you pay for. They are not over booked, they spend plenty of time with you and your pet and explain everything to you.”

We adopted our puppy through Rico pet recovery and they bring all of their animals here so we decided to take our puppy here since we adopted her from there. This place does so much for rescues and for organizations and are great people. Every single worker I encountered was extremely nice and reassuring as I had a million questions about my puppy. The facility is spotless and the vet (Dr. Will) is one of the nicest guys ever and was so sweet to our puppy. Also the prices cannot be beat I was shocked when she told me the total because it was so affordable. 10000% would recommend and my family will even be taking their animals here. Really thrilled we found a good, honest and sweet vet and place!”
