“I recently moved to the area and brought my pet in February when he hurt himself chewing on a stick. The doctors and staff were great with him! Saw him same day. I took all three of my dogs for annuals and asked for a marble sized bump that popped up on my oldest leg to be looked at. He had to have it removed and tested. The techs and doctors were great! I only wish the front staff was a little nicer. One individual is very abrasive and not willing to help unless it has to do with scheduling or billing. I called to ask about my dog the day of the surgery and she was far from kind, and borderline out right rude. The rest of the staff is great though! Makes up for her 100% 5 stars without her!”

Dr. Eric was able to diagnose my Hairless Chinese Crested with a rare autoimmune disease and he lived for many years with the proper care & treatment even though at the time of the crisis I thought that I was going to lose him. I moved out of the area for few years and now I'm back and started to take my Hairless Sphynx feline when she started to have issues and Dr. Eric was kind as usual. I hope to redevelop my relationship with the clinic because it's a place I trust with my precious non-fur babies! I would highly recommend this clinic.”

“This type of vet might not be for you! Personally I didn’t look into it enough & was set up with MASH though Little Whiskers animal rescue. I now realize they offer amazing low prices on animal care but the amount of time it would take is much longer than a regular vet appointment (Ex.my cat was with mash for a total of 8+ hours and hadn’t begun her spay when I had arrived on scene to check in). Something to keep in mind so you don’t end up surprised like I did! Anyways despite me showing up & getting hysterical in the middle of their work- the women who handled me were very kind & patient. I wish I was more educated on how their process works. Hope this helps & I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for low cost animal care.”

“With all the CV19 pets, it was the only place in the area to get my dog neutered this month. As with all our Banfield doctors, the care was good. The was the only Banfield that has required an intake visit before treating our pet. It was inconvenient, but it was the only game in town. The drop off and pick up is a cluster that took too long. Not my favorite BF, but I appreciate that they are seeing patients in a reasonable amount of time”

“We adopted a bonded pair of cats about a year ago from a local cat rescue and recently took them to see Dr. Herzog for their annual checkup, boosters, and microchips. Dr. Herzog is a very kind and loving man. You can tell he has a passion for animals and he treats them incredibly well.
