It honestly starts at the front and to say they are the back bone is an understatement. Cynthia always inquires about particular things that i bring up upon check-in and is just a great person overall, which sets the premise for the care that is given here. The veterinarians are attentive and caring, the vet techs are beyond compassionate, and I've yet to have a negative experience. 10 out of 10, y'all.”

“I absolutely love Thrive vet care, this has become the Vet clinic i prefer to go to over others. For one it's affordable, the $9 monthly membership is worth it if you bring your dog in for at least 1 thing every 3 months compared to other places where they want a $25-$40 co pay. My dog had heart worms and I decided to do the quick kill treatment. Overall I saved $300-$1000 compared to surrounding Vets. Call me biased because of the great service I have personally received but this is the place to go! But i will say the answering service isn't my favorite. Could definitely go without it.”

“I rushed my sister and her beloved 19 yr. old cat, Toby, for emergency treatment. He had three seizures that morning and was in a lot of pain. They responded immediately as we were unsure if he was still alive. My sister was very distressed, but they were courteous, patient and informative. Unfortunately, my sister decided to euthanize Toby. They were very sympathetic and professional throughout our visit. May dear Toby rest in peace.”

“We started coming here when we thought our new puppy was very sick and our other vet didn’t take us seriously. Since then we have added another puppy, and our older girl will be going this later this year for her yearly. We love this place, they are super friendly and take our concerns seriously. Plus Cubby (our boy) LOVES the staff and Callie (our youngest) is getting a little more polite during her visits. They remember our babies and comment on how they’ve grown and how their personalities are changing. They are the best! & the prices are so worth it & pretty reasonable. Quality care.”

“We've been taking our pugs to Dr. Altman since we moved to Fort Collins almost 6 years ago. Dr. Altman and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, communicative and accessible. She has diagnosed many medical issues that both my pugs have had. She was able to treat one of my pugs urinary issues when other vets could not. They were so caring and understanding when my oldest pug passed away. My other pug is now a senior and has severe arthritis and muscle loss in her legs. Dr Altman recommended a wonderful physical therapist. I'm so thankful to her because my pug has shown a lot of improvement. I definitely recommend Animal Haven!”

“I had a great experience during a recent emergency visit with my dog. The staff were wonderful, they got us right in. They explained everything in detail and I was giving a cost estimate up front, which turned out to be more than I was actually charged. My pet received wonderful care. Will definitely use them again if we have another pet emergency. My only concern was my dogs steroid prescription. The bottle said "take once a day until directed otherwise" but had no refills allotted. The vet during the visit didn't mention anything about how long or how to wean him off the steroids, so I called to get directions. I needed another refill to wean him off, which was fine, but if I hadn't had experience with steroids, I wouldn't have known about the need to wean him off and once he finished the first bottle, would've assumed he was done with the medicine. Aside from that, everything was great.”
