I saw an article in the paper about Dr.Carrie’s new practice opening on Nolt Road and decided to schedule appointments for my dog and cat. This practice is very well thought out and designed with the maximum comfort of the patients and pet parents in mind. The waiting area and exam rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff is very warm and welcoming. It is obvious that Dr. Carrie and her staff truly love animals, and are all so kind and compassionate. Dr. Carrie is very thorough and explains treatment options and costs up front, allowing you to make an informed decision regarding your pets care. Not only were they fast, but he actually quite likes them and on his write-up they told me how well behaved he was! The value is great, I used to say that I could never leave a vet appointment paying less than $300.00. I now frequently leave paying less than $200.00. “Friendly Staff and Dr.Jake is wonderful. We have a rat ( not a wild rat, a pet rat. They are smart, sweet, and make great pets), that we just love to death like or other fur babies. He started acting strange and making noises, then he got some lesions on his skin that just got worse and worse. The first time we went in the vet gave us a topical ointment and antibiotics for his raspy breathing. We had a follow up appointment two weeks later and I'm sorry we didn't bring him sooner. I was afraid we'd have to put him down but Jake said not just yet and gave us something like Advantage that goes on the nape of his next every 2 weeks. Well in 24 hours he was getting his energy back and seemed to breathe better. It's been a week and all his skin lesions are gone and he's back to his shenanigans, like running away with my daughter's makeup as she gets ready for school! Definitely recommend.”

“My sweet Layla passed away two weeks ago. It was a Sunday late afternoon. Around 430’ish my husband asked what I wanted to do... IDK, just let me sob and hold my girl. Anyways, he called Banfield asked if they would wait for us as they closed at 500. After piling 3kids, dog and myself (balling mess) in the car and getting there is was well after 520. The staff was amazing! They waited for us to arrive after closing and they were caring compassionate professionals! They gave us as mush time as we needed to say our final good byes and provided solace and comfort beyond measure. I will always always be thankful for them being there with open arms. As a health care professional myself and dealing with death I can honestly say.... wonderful staff in a horrible situation! Thank you for your care and compassion to my family when we were going through a devastating moment in our lives.”

“Tried the new crispy chicken. Ordered a regular and got a spicy version. The bun was good and chicken crispy. The sauce unfortunately was spicey, but it was flavorful. Comparably speaking - it was good, but I like the Popeyes and Golden Chick crispy chicken sandwich just a bit more. They are both bigger. Maybe it would have been 5 stars if it would have been what I had originally ordered. I will definitely try it again.”
