“I just started taking my two kittens there and they are so helpful and easy to get in with. They really do all have a passion for animals especially the one vets assistant. During my appointment today I knew my oldest kitten was old enough to get spayed so I mentioned it to the front desk lady and she got me in this Monday! The doctor is so nice and really loves the animals. He even cuddles with them after giving them their shots. I love this place and will take all of my animals here when I need to!”

I had talked to 4 vet care places before banfield and they all seemed like I was a burden to talk to, but not this place! They answered all my questions in depth and helped choose the wellness plan with the best pricing and care for my needs and didn’t push to make me buy anything. Even had to call back to ask two questions I forgot and they were happy to answer them. Fair pricing and very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend. They did have a sign that said they were training new vets, so that might be the reason why the reviews from further back were less favorable.”

“Absolutely wonderful experience! I took my filly there who had a horrific cut on her neck. It was a true emergency and after normal hours. It was an hour and a half drive for us to get there. Dr. David Gilchrist was waiting for us to arrive. He immediately began the lengthy surgery of stitching her neck back together. Once he was done, he asked to keep her there to monitor for infection. She and the mare had to stay for a couple of weeks. The injury dictated after care. Their facility is clean, the staff is amazing and a first class outfit. Dr. Gilchrist even took the time to send me pictures and updates since it was to far for me to drive to see them. Love this equine hospital!”

She will definitely make your pet feels as if they are having their own silly conversation and have special treats to get them on her good side! Jasmine, the technician, makes it a perfect pairing. My highly stressed dog is able to not completely dread the doctors visit, which is more than I can say for my own doctors appointments.
