“I love the caring and helpful employees here. Lori, especially. Many clients rescued their pets, & the employees go out of their way to be supportive of pet owners and adopted pets. If you can make your appointment online, it is your best option. They are busy, & you may have to wait a month or more to get your pet fixed on a Tuesday or Thursday. Other vet services are offered Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. The care your pet needs following surgery is explained well and written out for you. They are efficient & well-organized. I was surprised by a charge for medicine for my kitty, & it took awhile to understand, & it was embarrassing to need to pay money I did not have on me. I also didn't understand that the deposit I'd paid for my next kitties to be fixed would still be there once Animal Health covered their part of the payment for the first ones. I would recommend clients be told this when they first question a deducted deposit amount for future services. It helped to meet with Lori privately and have the invoice explained as well as to learn payment plans were available if necessary. I was blessed by another client behind me paying the extra $18 I owed. She said she'd been there and not to worry. I hope I will get the chance to "pay it forward."”

“We bring our dog Ash in for grooming and he can be a handful for a groomer because he doesnt like the hair clippers around his face and front feet. He will nip and get mean because hes scared. The groomers are very professional and treat the dogs the best they can even when they get nipped. Ash always looks great , the only thing that they might improve on is time that it takes for the grooming and baths is sometimes 4 hrs or more, maybe that has to do with the amount of dogs they schedule? Not sure but other wise they do a great job grooming.”

Dr. Fleming who is an Internal Medicine specialist, spent a great deal of time explaining the results of the thorough exam she did on Piper. She was fabulous at explaining everything and setting plan for how we will proceed. All the vet techs were wonderful at keeping me updated and making sure Piper was not afraid. I feel we are in excellent hands and I am so thankful this is available in the area and I am not on a waiting list in Madison. I highly recommend this clinic if you need specialized care for your pet.”
