“Had to put my best friend Simba down last night. We had just adopted him and didn’t have him long but he stole my heart. The staff was very caring to our needs and they provide a variety of ways to honor your pet after they are gone. We spent about 260$ bucks total on putting him down and burial just so you have an idea on cost. I wish it didn’t have to be done but the staff was very honest about the options and let us know the other options would cost several thousand dollars. They could have easily milked our suffering and encouraged us to go this route but they didn’t. They allowed us to end his suffering peacefully and didn’t charge us a high amount some people mention here. All in all, bad memory because my best friend is no longer here but a good experience.”

“We’ve taken our dog here to get his teeth cleanings for years now. His vet has remarked more than once that his teeth look great, especially compared to other dogs of his breed and age. At one six month appointment, after reviewing his mouth before getting started, the tech told us that his teeth still looked good from the previous cleaning and didn’t need to be done. They waived the appointment fee, touched up his teeth anyway and even clipped his nails. So nice!”

He explained things in layman's and "doctor" terminology which really made the situation with our cat make sense. “Last night I unfortunately needed the services of an emergency vet. I'm so grateful this clinic is now open less than 3 miles from my home. From the minute I called to say I was on my way, my panic was reduced. I was assured staff would be waiting to help me get my 60 pound dog into the clinic and an initial review of symptoms helped allay my fear of stroke. Dr. Saunders and Michelle were wonderful with both me and my dog, lab results were ready in 20 minutes and the report of our visit was sent to my regular vet this morning. The facility is beautiful and well-appointed, and I feel better knowing these compassionate, professionals are here if we should need them again.”
