“OUTSTANDING!!! I took my cat Champion to Loving Family Animal Hospital this morning to get checked out after he fell from the second floor balcony. He also needed to get his yearly shots. Dr. Fein and technician Chris were just great. They both handled Champion with care and I felt like he was not just another animal at an appointment, but that they really cared. Excellent customer service and just all around good vibes. Every staff member there was friendly and polite. Also, today I was on a budget and I told Chris that. He did make me feel bad or try to sell me anything I did not need. Instead we split the cost of the services into two visits with ease. I brought my rat here very worried about his health and the veterinarian and nurses were so gentle with him and were able to get him into surgery immediately. Compared to other exotic vets I’ve been to, Vida was beyond reasonable with pricing and did a phenomenal job. My rat was back to his playful self within 5 hours of surgery. “I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Burger and her staff. What we just went through would have been awful without their commitment, dedication and expertise. It was nothing short of heroic in my mind. I took my dog in on a Friday afternoon, suffering from lethargy and no appetite. An ultrasound revealed a mass in his abdomen and he was anemic. Emergency surgery was the best option. Another vet would have sent me to the 24-hr emergency room but Dr. Burger, knowing my pet and wanting to do the best for him (and also wanting to save me some $), quickly consulted her staff and started prepping to do the surgery herself. Her staff stayed late to assist. Then, she stayed with him all night to monitor his vitals and condition. My doggie is still very sick but he is getting excellent, loving care from Dr. Burger and her staff. We will never go anywhere else.”
