“Love dr Branson. She is great with my dog, works with you on payments if needed and gets you in and out fast. The only problems I have with this clinic is the receptionist! I tried changing my address with her but she couldn’t be bothered to change it. I got my dogs medicine a week later than I should have because it was sent to the wrong address. Then I try to call to make an appointment and I’m told I’ll be called back and never did I get a call. It’s impossible to get in because she’s not doing her job. Iv asked her many questions and usually get the answer I don’t know. No attempt to find the answer.”

They are extremely attentive and will keep you updated with your pup's wellbeing and post plenty of pictures on their Facebook page so we can see how happy our pups are. “Dr. Tom Del Pico is very knowledgeable and seems very experienced. I've had nothing but excellent vet care from him the past 4+years when we adopted our dog from Megan's Paws and Claws animal shelter. Our dog had ear issues and we took her to one place which gave us drops. It didn't seem to get better. When it flared up worse we took her to Dr. Del Pico, our first visit there. She actually had an impacted ear and infection down in it. The drops never would have cleared the impaction. After a short procedure she was like a brand new dog!! We've been going ever since. Quality vet care. Today she's home from a surgical procedure. She's doing well. I would recommend Smithville Animal Hospital to anybody.”

“I really love Caribou Coffee. I wish there were more locations in Chicago instead of all of those other chains I see all over town. This location is great because it is right on a beautiful park named after Montgomery Ward, the former retail giant. So it's great to grab a coffee and they take the kids over to the park, so they can run around and have fun. You can also take a stroll down to the Chicago River with your coffee and check out the various water fowl hanging around. I also love how I feel like I am in a great North lodge when I have my coffee here. The owners are from Minnesota and I can totally tell by the style of there interior. The coffee is delicious and never tastes burnt. I hear they roast/grind there beans ever day but I'm not sure. All I do know is I would walk out of my way to grab a coffee here. ”
