He was so attentive and capable from before our arrival, through our stay, and until checkout. He had excellent restaurant suggestions and got us reservations at busy places and times. He was also super attentive about keeping the facilities ready for us to use. The resort is in an "interesting" area of El Sauzal, but they make up for it with their comfortable rooms and superior service.”
