There's always plenty of staff to assist with any questions you may have and the store is stocked with a little bit of everything that you might need. It's open 24 hours and I've never had to wait in line for a pump. It seems like it has lots of space for semi trucks to pull in and out of as well. You can also get rewards to purchase gas and items in the store. I always look for five stars when I'm on the road.”

“I don’t even know where to start. Before I went to see Dr Sincoff i had drs that almost killed me treating me for something that I told them that I have 4 herniated disc pressing on my spinal cord. I wasn’t able to do anything I was basically in a bed for an entire year praying the lord leads me to good Doctors. My prayers were answered when I meet Dr Sincoff. We did the conservative way first with injections and when the injection were making it worse, he offered surgery. I accepted and it was the best decision I made. I had a cage put in and my migraines are gone for the most part and I have my life back. Thank you Dr Sincoff for giving me my life back to enjoy with my family!!! He is a fantastic surgeon and a caring doctor!! His staff and the MA Courtney are fantastic!! His MA Courtney is so caring and also has a great bedside manner!! “Steve was the DJ at our recent wedding. Even from our first phone conversation, he was professional, easy going, and fun. We hired him to provide the sound services for our outdoor ceremony and reception. We had a lot of our own music mixes for our ceremony and dances, and Steve accommodated this without a problem. He kept on our timeline and kept things flowing so nicely. He did a great job with MC tasks and really kept the party going! My new husband and I actually had to leave early due to illness, but upon our request, Steve kept the guests dancing until our original reception end time. That is pretty impressive, and he really ensured that our guests could kick up their heels to some great music. He was also incredibly reasonable in his pricing, which is so refreshing in the wedding world. We highly recommend Steve as a DJ for any event!!”

“This was our first time (July 27, 2021)renting a boat and was sort of weary of this place because of negative reviews. I have to say we were treated well by Kristen, Jonah, Breanna and one other gentleman but I’m so bad with names, I can’t remember his name, anyway, from the very beginning with my several phone calls, Breanna was great and patient in explaining how the rental process worked, what we’d be paying for, like extra tubes and gas. When we got there, on our reservation day, we didn’t wait but maybe five minutes. Kristen advised us to go to the boat and take pictures and to also video everything that didn’t look right, so we did. She also mentioned that if we didn’t leave a mess, that we wouldn’t be charged a “cleaning up” deposit, naturally we cleaned up our mess. She took the time, to help us find the right sizes of life vests we all needed, being that this was our first time doing this, we weren’t sure of the correct fit. Noah helped us load up the boat with our belongings, when we reached the loading dock he drove us (in the boat)into the water(very fun!) When we were done for the day we called the office and they sent someone to get us. We told the guy, that we didn’t know how to dock the boat onto the trailer, he said don’t worry about it. He got into the boat and docked it for us, (such a relief!) And that ended our wonderful, first boat rental experience. When we do this boat rental thing again, we will definitely be going back to Shaverlake Power Center. They had great customer service and we were very happy with how we were treated. I really hope they read this, so that they know, how good of a job they are doing and how much we appreciated all their help. It was a GREAT experience!
