“Nightmare of a week. My laptop fell off the coffee table and would not start. AND a couple days later my external hard drive suddenly stopped working. Of course, I had so many files on these hard drives. I called for some help and dropped off my stuff. Within a day I got a call back with a diagnostic and cost to repair. Most of time you see the worst behavior from public servants. Behavior like being very aggressive behavior, intimidation people for no reason, used of violence, and more. “I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”
