Most places there was a lack of communication but with Emma communication was great. It was a seamless process. I called and let them know what day I’ll be there. My keys were ready. My apartment was ready. I had an issue with the AC the first day it was fixed the second day. . It’s really quiet for an apartment complex, which I love and it’s a beautiful site. “My grandfather had been in declining health and was not getting very good care at his ALF in Tampa. He ended up in the hospital and when it came time for release, the doctor didn’t want to send him back where he was. My aunt happened to hear of Cloverdale from a friend at church, and when she and my mother went to check it out, they couldn’t believe their eyes, and he was moved in the same day. The personal care, REALand genuine care, was amazing. My grandfather was immediately attended to on a far deeper level than at the previous ALF. The owner, Stephanie, is a strong believer in Christ, and her light shines brightly as she ministers to the residents. You can tell that this is her calling and not just a job, as she puts herself in God’s hands to care for them. They pray for the residents and their families, and offered encouragement to my mother on her daily visits to see her dad. If you need ALF services for someone, especially at the end of their life, you could do no better than Cloverdale. My grandfather passed away this morning and I cannot thank Stephanie, Renee and the entire team enough for taking such beautiful care of my Papa. You are all a blessing.”

“Great place to store your RV or boat! My husband and I just purchased our first 24ft travel trailer and were able to reserve a spot online - quick, easy and efficient. When it was time to pick up our newly purchased travel trailer from the dealer to transport to storage it took longer than expected so it fell after normal business hours for the storage facility. I realized I didn't have my access code to get into the facility and Rebecca ran back up to the storage facility to ensure we could get in when we arrived. I don't know about others, but for us - that type of customer care is non-existent in most cases! I was impressed and greatly appreciated it as I didn't want to have our brand new travel trailer parked just out on the street in our neighborhood overnight. When we arrived (late evening) I was surprised by the size of the lot and that it was all nicely paved. I highly recommend!!! SLM will forever have our business!”

“Let me start of by saying car buying isn’t the most favorable experience not to mention if I’m being honest I was very weary about having to purchase a vehicle from a lot that I haven’t heard or seen in commercials, however if I were rewind and do it again I’d pick Van Buren Motors 10 times over with no questions asked because it was the exact opposite of what I expected. I inquired about a purchase of a car on the lot that I wasn’t qualified for but Boris provided me with other options of vehicles that were also in great condition(with minor dings and scratches which is normal for the car’s age). The process from beginning to end was fast and easy. All information was provided with transparency and to the point. There was no hackling or pressure, and I was off the lot within an hour with my 2016 Kia Optima. Upon getting home I realized I only had a spare key and Boris made sure to order another one immediately. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys great customer service and honesty.”
