I contacted Jordan to ask if he would be willing to make sushi platters for my daughters baby shower outside of their regular store hours (because she LOVES their sushi!). He responded immediately that he would absolutely accommodate my request and come in early himself to ensure the platters were ready. “I cannot recommend this Dealership to get your vehicle serviced. The service experience was okay, at best. While I understand that technical issues can exist, they do not excuse that the information cannot be provided. The customer should be provided with options to help meet their requests. During my time here, I asked for a printed/digital estimate and after service documentation to be printed or digitized in email. These were not provided and no alternative means of communication were suggested. Tech issues happen but it is up to the service members to be trained to advise on alternatives. Additionally, I had paid for alignment which were "close" to nominal values. I did not go to a KIA Dealership for "close", an average tire store will get be "close", I expected professional service for the 140 $ charge for alignment. I walked out of this dealership unsatisfied and will likely not return.”

My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing! There is nothing that I would have changed about the venue. Our guests had a great time & had nothing but good things to say afterwards. My husband and I stayed the night. The house is fantastic & the room was perfect. Breakfast the following morning was amazing!”
