It’s been so nice not to have to make an appointment for small things that can be done over the phone. I sure hope Ontario Health continues phone visits once Covid is minimalized or gone. FaceTime or Messenger would also be a little nicer than just phone calls. Ada, her receptionist is wonderful. If you’re having a bad day, she most certainly can make you feel better! I could not have been happier with the excellent service that I got from the staff at the Niagara Region walk-in clinic. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving! So pleased with Dr Ken Abrahim for seeing me so quickly and prescribing medication to relieve this intense pain. The convenience of having a pharmacy right with in the clinic was superb. The pharmacy staff were so friendly and understanding. If the rating scale went up to ten they would be getting a full 10 stars! They were fantastic! “Very friendly staff for the most part. Love taking my kid to the pool, he enjoys his swimming lessons. Overall the gym/fitness center is good -- clean equipment and a nice space, fully stocked on sanitizing wipes 👍 -- but the roof leaking is an issue that seems to be ongoing. Hopefully that will be resolved at some point soon. I really do like coming here alone and there are lots of opportunities for family to play together too.”

“First word that comes to mind is just wow! This was the best BNB stay we have ever had. The place was spotless, comfortable, and so close to everything in town. Every little detail was thoroughly thought of from the comfy slippers, toiletries in the bathroom, and stocked fridge with waters and tea in our bedroom. But the true highlight of the stay was the hosts. They made us feel right at home with joyful morning conversations alongside their DELICIOUS spread for breakfast. “My grandmother lived and died here and was treated with such wonderful care from the staff! I was touched by the attention placed on honouring residents when they pass away, including a special ceremony when the body is removed from the home, and an annual ceremony to honour all who passed over the course of that year. The home itself is beautiful, has a lovely outdoor area, a chapel, a roomy cafe area for entertaining friends and family, activities and outings for residents, and is a lovely homelike environment for those needing extended care. My grandmother loved the caring bilingual staff as her own dear friends and passed away in the arms of her favourite nurse. If your francophone loved one needs a senior's home, this is great one for sure!! ”

“Excellent doctor and staff. I have a terrible fear of needles. Dr. was very kind, understanding and patient. He was very gentle and I did not feel any discomfort or pain when he was doing the freezing. His assistant is very gentle and polite as well. I had two fillings done at his office and I am very happy. He did a great job. Overall everyone who works at his office is very nice and polite. I highly recommend Dr. Tortorella and his team.”
