“Glad I didn't read the reviews before I booked as probably wouldn't have otherwise. The only issue was the wait at airport for the mini bus-50 minutes and 2 phone calls! This is clearly a problem and needs to be rectified, with clearer instructions on the meeting point, a queueing system and more frequent buses. However, you get what you pay for! Checking in was straight forward with no hard sell from the chap behind the counter. Nice car. Very straight forward returning the car too- took less than a few minutes. Maybe they are starting to take heed of the feedback! There is a petrol station about 1 minute from the car hire office so would recommend using full to full option for petrol.”

“Well, what can I say? An outstanding service! My car got broken into the night before and by the time I contacted them, they had a new passenger side window sourced and were round to fit it within 4 hours. Unfortunately, through absolutely no fault of their own, the glass was the wrong type due to my car being registered in the following year from when it was made. Luckily, the correct glass was sourced and less than 24 hours later, Rob returned with the correct window. It was fitted and the broken glass from the break-in was cleaned up by him too... As I said above, a fantastic service that was friendly, efficient and very reasonable in price. Highly recommended!”
