  I have recently taken my cat, Bella to this vet, regrettably the outcome was heartbreaking however I could not fault the team at the Blackmore branch! I would like to specifically thank Suzy who was amazing throughout the whole journey! I would highly recommend!

  Very helpful, really good vets, absolutely lovely people. After my rabbit was put down I received a sympathy card and some forget me not seeds which shows how much they care

  Excellent service for my horse and also do small pets as well. Not over expensive and good all round knowledge

  I take my pets to House and Jackson because I have found the vets very good and dedicated, especially Thomas and Susie. I had an elderly cat and dog so regrettably in the end the outcome was not good but everyone was very kind. Thomas even rang me the evening my dog died. More practically they are the only local vets I know that do their own out of hours, a service I had to use several times with my old dog and already once with my puppy. This means the vet managing the animal even if not on duty stays close to the case and their full record is available.
