(September 30, 2017, 10:05 am)The Massage Base is excellent. The facilities are lovely and easy to find and park at. Sam is a wonderful sports masseuse who has helped me manage my joint condition for years. I travel all the way from Chelmsford to stay under her care.

(September 25, 2017, 6:00 am)Sam is kind and caring. Her massages are deep and certainly sort out my aches and pains. Not only does Sam work on the strained muscles but she comes up with very good advice on exercises to help. Over the years Sam has kept me upright and mobile and although I have had to come with her from Chelmsford she is worth the journey.

(September 20, 2017, 6:25 am)Having suffered from chronic pain over 20 years, fibromyalgia, slipped disc in neck, breast cancer and all the pain from side effects of medications for this, I thought I'd never move properly again. Every exercise I tried, swimming, walking, etc triggered migraines and increased pain and I gave up. I decided after complete hysterectomy to try this, even to just strengthen my core,
I never realised how much I would love it. Incredibly knowledgeable instructors, identifying my back issues without X-ray just by my posture. Tailoring every movement to my needs so I can build up some strength and begin to move more and more. Best treat I ever gave myself. No matter your conditions, this helps and as you improve your body it also helps your mind. I will always have pain, but I'd rather be strong and in pain than weak and in pain. -

(August 16, 2017, 1:47 am)Excellent Pilates tuition! Glen is a brilliant instructor. I started with a free session, then had one to one tuition to get the basics right and now go to a class every week. The studio is great and there is plenty of free parking.
