(October 15, 2015, 1:59 pm)I love this gym and have been going for almost a year. It has a great atmosphere, as both the staff and members are welcoming, friendly and supportive. The machines are organised as a circuit, making it easy to do a full body workout, although the staff are always available and happy to offer advice. Since joining Wellness Express I have lost two and a half stone, which together with meeting new friends has really boosted my self confidence. I would encourage anyone considering joining a ladies gym to visit this gym, you wont be disappointed!

I myself have never been able to keep up a membership at a gym normally paying and finding every excuse not to go ! But I have never once felt like this with my membership at wellness . I have made some great friends and found myself again . Kelly x
