“Jack at mini has been more than helpful with finding me my first dream car! I told him exactly what I wanted and he found me my new baby within my budget. Unfortunately during my time here, a member of staff made me feel very uneasy and unwelcome which is a shame. However, jack and his managers, Sean & Chris truly sorted the situation. Service with a smile from my main man Jack. He made the whole process very easy and put time aside for me to make me feel comfortable and made us all smile. His kindness and enthusiasm has made the experience. He also makes a smashing hot chocolate! Thanks again dude! What a polite young man 10/10 give the boy a raise!”

“After reading the reviews of Mary Stopes Buckhurst Hill I was very nervous about my appointment this morning. Do not go by the terrible reviews below I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Mary stopes who put me to ease and we’re very welcoming. Everybody was polite, friendly and kind especially the nurse who comforted me as soon as I started crying when I entered the room for my scan 2 days befor the procedure. When entering the theatre room it can be very overwhelming with all the people in there but they introduced them selfs and massive credit to the Asian man who I think could sense I was nervous & upset & who Put me under sedation, he kept talking to me and reassuring me keeping me calm a very lovely man. Even under Sudation I don’t remember nothing about the procedure apart from coming round in the recovery room - there treated by a very friendly young white girl who done my blood pressure & made me a hot choc and gave me biscuits - coming round in a different room was overwhelming for me and I did end up crying to which I was reassured, given a tissue and asked if I was ok by the nurses. Within 20mins I felt normal (apart from a bellyache same as a period pain) enough to get changed and another friendly lady discharged me and escorted me downstairs to meet my boyfriend. Over all the experience was nothing like the terrible comments that have been left below and everyone who works there deserves credit for the job they do. I will never ever be returning back - but that is not due to the “terrible service” it’s due to learning from a stupid mistake and never wanting to be put in that position again xx Thank you to everyone for today xxxx”
