(November 21, 2018, 5:05 pm)Ann has been absolutely great with our cat! I felt I was leaving him in a super safe place and he has been looked after with love! Berlin our cat keeps playing with the gift Ann gave him when he left. We would definitely bring him back.
(November 15, 2018, 10:01 am)My cat checked in here for the first time in September after never being in cattery before. Obviously I was apprehensive and so was my cat but I need not have worried. Ann made me and my cat feel totally at ease. The suites are gorgeous! Very clean, spacious, and a bit of pure luxury kitty heaven. I was able to go and enjoy my holiday knowing my cat was being pampered more than me! I won't go anywhere else now. So much So, for our holiday in January my cat is booked to stay again! Very happy I found this place and would recommend to all cat lovers!
(November 12, 2018, 7:33 am)As a regular at Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotels for my own cat Carrot I had to book in my mother in law's cat to Longcroft.
I managed to find Twinkle (her Cat) the available dates with Ann at Cuffley.
Twinkle is a very shy cat but she settled in with Ann straight away, I could tell this was obvious from the photos and emails sent to me, of which I passed on to my mother in law.
Ann is wonderful and she maintains her Hotel so well. Twinkle was so relaxed and happy. We do not have any hesitation in recommending or using Longcroft Cuffley with Ann being such a wonderful carer and she truly loves her cats!. Thank You.

(October 29, 2018, 6:42 am)Our beloved cat stayed for 3 weeks and was treated like a King! His suite was immaculate and so luxurious. We received regular photo updates whilst abroad. We've already booked his place for our next holiday. Money very well spent.
(September 30, 2018, 3:32 pm)Our 1 year old cat, Kits, had never stayed away from home before so we wanted to find somewhere which offered slightly more than the average cattery. In Longcroft Cuffley we found exactly that. Kits had everything he needed in the Daisy Suite and we were kept up to date during our holiday with pics of him enjoying himself, all of which made my girlfriend and I much more comfortable. Ann, the owner, is really great. Prior to our holiday we visited Longcroft Cuffley on its open day and having met Ann, we knew we'd be leaving Kits in good hands. We weren't disappointed. Very happy with our experience and we'll no doubt bring Kits back here again when we next go on holiday. 10/10
