“Booked a dinner bed and breakfast deal with a bucks fizz on arrival. Were upgraded to a room in the main house with beautuful views. Dinner was tasty..and 3 course!! The bed was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style. My partner sad there wasn't fried eggs!. Overall a lovely stay.”

“Cleanliness is always one of my top priority when staying in a hotel, they have done a good job on this. The colour scheme of the room made it look a bit dated, but when you look around, you won't be disappointed of the cleanliness and newness of most things in the room. The bed and pillow are comfortable for a nice sleep. There isn't any other shops or restaurants close by, but this isn't an issue for us, as we only stayed for a night and we had both our dinner and breakfast there. We had a nice rest and well fed in this hotel before taking a long haul flight back home next morning.”

“Modern, clean and efficient, with a country hotel theme. The food at the Christmas party I attended was well presented, excellently prepared, and tasty. The staff were unusually polite and helpful, above and beyond what I normally see in hotels, and though the receptionist's grasp of English could have been better, she made up for that in attention to detail. I didn't see the actual rooms, but the party venue and public areas were very clean and in good order. The party decor was excellent, although putting mirror balls on the tables with drunken party-goers was asking for trouble, and I saw at least 2 of them being stolen by revellers. :)”

Small touches such as a nice guide to local attractions and restaurants in the room we're appreciated. Also (pet issue) well positioned plug sockets help. Only real criticism is the bathroom is tiny, which may be a drawback for some.”

“Clan and big room. When arrived, heating was on, so our room was cozy and comfy. The place is quiet and beautiful. The hosts are really nice and willing to help: we checked in late in the evening (22h) and all the near pubs and restaurants were closed, but the host gave us fruit from her own frdge and bought some snacks for us! She even asked for a cab for us because our cellphone did not have signal! We want to come back, next time we will have breakfast and give extra feedback (our flight was really early in the morning and had to break oír fast in Gatwick :( )”
