Second, Although his store no longer carried the cheaper battery model for my vehicle, he went the extra mile to see if any stores in the area had the cheaper battery. When he finished installing the battery, I tried to offer him a tip but he refused. I asked if I could compliment the manger and then saw on his name tag, that he was the manager!
